At this time the Antichrist enforces the Mark of the beast on every human being on the planet. Everyone must receive the Mark of the beast on their right hand or their forehead. Perry Stone said that inside sourced of the government told him that the RFID Chip is connected to ObamaCare and it will be mandatory by 2017, and that every human being on the planet must have it under their right hand or forehead. ObamaCare is the law of the land and is referrred to as Univerdal healthcare.
